Currently we are offering shipping to Ontario, Canada. If a shipping option is not presented to you at checkout please know you can contact us at info@barbequespecialties.com and we will be happy to help you with your order. 

We strive to ensure you get the best customer service and shipping options available. This means we will always process your order with the fastest safest shipping provider from your door to ours. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on your zone and size or weight of the package. We try to absorb as much of the shipping costs as possible but as a small business and the nature of heavier shipments it greatly depends on what is being ordered and where it’s being shipped too.

We reserve the right to select the carrier used and accept or deny requests for 3rd party shipping options. We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

Larger items are shipped via a Freight company. We reserve the right to choose the Freightway that carries your shipment. We do not control the shipping companies (freight or courier) once the shipment is in the hands of the delivery company we are unable to make changes to the shipping address, we can not ensure delivery date or time. 

Our freight shipments unless specified otherwise will be curb-side shipments. All larger items shipped via freight carrier will require a signature at the time of delivery. We are not held responsible for damages or loss that may occur during delivery. 

Shipping charges will be presented to you at checkout however we reserve the right to change the shipping prices anytime between the time you’ve ordered and before we ship your product.

Damage: If you see exterior damage when signing the proof of delivery of your bbq, please write that it was damaged on the form or refuse delivery and please email us within 48 hours.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of and issues or problems that may have occurred at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for shipping costs on merchandise that is not delivered to do the shipping companies inability to deliver to a particular location. In home deliver is not included or implied even if the customer is willing to pay for it. 

Pick-up your order at our store location

You may choose to pick-up your order at our store location 773 Bell Boulevard West, Belleville ON, free of charge. You will be emailed when your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be processed.
